The Union Minister for Road Transport and Highways Nitin Gadkari inaugurated and laid the foundation stones for 15 National Highway projects in Patna and Hajipur in Bihar. These projects are worth a total of INR 13,585 crore. Gadkari said that the Mahatma Gandhi Setu over the Ganga in Patna is the lifeline of Bihar, connecting North Bihar with South Bihar.
